Can ATRMOLD design a custom lens for an application not listed here?

Yes. The six categories above represent our core application areas, but our optical design and tool engineering teams regularly support custom optical component projects based on client engineering drawings, physical samples, or functional specifications.

Do you offer off-the-shelf optical lenses, or only custom production?

Our core manufacturing focus is custom mold design and precision optical injection molding tailored to your exact tolerance, material, and performance requirements. We do not stock standard catalog optics.

What information do you need to quote a custom optical lens?

Please provide a 2D engineering drawing or 3D CAD model (STEP/IGES), required optical and dimensional tolerances, preferred material specification, and estimated annual production volumes. Our team can also assist with early-stage DFM and material selection if your drawings are not yet finalized.

Do you manufacture imaging lens systems, such as the lens stack inside a camera module?

No. Our capabilities cover non-imaging optical components, illumination optics, protective cover lenses, sensor windows, and light guides. Multi-element imaging lens assembly and design is a distinct precision optics discipline outside our manufacturing scope.
